Transformer Tank Automatic Welding Machine
I. Equipment Introduction
- Welding torch is fixed, the workpiece does not rotate.
- The workpiece is positioned by the fixture to guarantee that seam position does not deviate. Spot welding in advance is not needed.
- The machine has arc igniting performance with high-voltage and slow wire feeding, which guarantee reliable arc igniting; as well as low-voltage and small-current arc ending for filling crater.
- Short distance push type wire feeding mode.
II. Use of The Machine
The machine is mainly used for welding transformer tank automatically. It ensures that the welding condition is as uniform as possible, the appearance of weld is uniform and beautiful. The machine is easy to be used, and the welding quality meets the requirements.

IV. The Introduction of Mechanical Part
Transformer double circular seam welding machine is composed of machine body, beam forward and backward movement mechanism assembly, beam up and down movement mechanism assembly, swinging mechanism assembly, welding torch mechanical tracking roller mechanism, welding torch clamping mechanism, wire feeding mechanism, key shaft box assembly, tailstock assembly, loading bracket assembly, electrical controlling system, and pneumatic system,etc. The equipment meets the requirement of welding double seam of the transformer.
