Tank Nozzle Automatic Welding Machine
I. Application
- Complete pipe, flange seam welding. Melting thickness and width will be able to reach welding requirement. With uniform and smooth welding appearance.
- TIG welding with wire feeder.
- Ensure no-leakage and to prevent air leakage.
- Machine can work continuously for 24-hour.

III.Machine Structure
- In order to meet welding requirement, welding torch can be adjusted up and down(cylinder driven), side to side and angled turn (servo motor driven).
- Japan OMRON PLC and touch screen are used to control the whole machine.
- Push-type wire feeder works stably. Machine is with high welding voltage and slow wire feeding performance, which guarantees reliable arc igniting. Machine is also with low welding voltage and low welding current for filling crater.
- We will arrange jig and fixture for your workpiece. Take right position of workpiece. Get center of bottom.
- Japan Panasonic TIG welding power source.
