Automatic Welding Machine for Hard Facing Roller Build Up
I.Technical Requirement
- Welding parts: roller
- Workpiece length: 500mm-2500mm
- MIG welding & FCAW
- Maximum weight of workpiece: not more than 1000KG.
- Complete the automatic welding of workpiece circular seam.The workpiece is pre-heated and fixed to ensure coaxiality, uniform and beautiful forming. The depth and width of fusion will meet the technological requirements.
II.Main Feature
- Welding torch is fixed, while the workpiece is rotating.
- Two sets welding power source drive 4sets welding torch, alternating switch.
- Two welding torches can work simultaneously to improve work efficiency, also can work separately.
- Workpiece is clamped tightly by fixture and synchronously rotate. The universal ball supporter bracket is beneath the workpiece.
- Japan OMRON PLC is adopted to control the machine to run. The welding mode and welding specification can be preset, saved and recalled. It is convenient to modify parameters and switch the status through the man-machine interface touch screen.

- Japan OTC CPVE-500 welding power source which has good performance of arc igniting, arc stabilizing and arc ending, to ensure the even and uniform welding seam.
III.Equipment Composition
Machine is composed of machine body, electric deceleration power head,fixture and conductive mechanism, welding torch clamping, adjustment and oscillating mechanism, adjustable workpiece supporting bracket, electrical control system, welding power source and pneumatic system.
