Tube Butt Circular Seam Automatic Welding Machine
I．Welding Requirement
The CNC circular seam welding machine should meet the multi-layer automatic welding of the U-groove and V-groove.
II. Machine Feature
- Machine adopts the TIG and wire feeding method. The welding torch is fixed relative to the workpiece, the workpiece will rotate. One end of the workpiece is clamped and rotated by a three-jaw chuck.
- Machine adopts the automatic oscillating and lifting function of the welding torch, which can complete the multi-layer welding of the deep V-groove, ensure the filling of the weld bead.
- Machine control system presets two operation programs of manual operation and automatic run, to facilitate the debugging, operation and adjustment of the equipment.
- The torch feeding and workpiece positioning are pneumatic.
III. Equipment Composition
Machine consists of motor CNC power head, fixture and conductive mechanism,welding torch clamping, adjustment,oscillating and lifting mechanism, pneumatic positioning device, electrical control system, welding power source, wire feeder and pneumatic system.
