I. Technical Requirement
1.MIG welding for flat and tilting plate of idler
2.Machine dimension: 2.7m*2.2m*2.4m, Machine includes enclosure.
3.workpiece is the excavator track idler. External diameter of workpiece is 650mm, the external diameter of plate is max 535mm (min 400mm), internal diameter of plate is max 165mm (min 120mm), the height of workpiece is max 200mm. 
4.The material of rim is universal, normalize/quenching or high temperature tempering. 
5.Complete the automatic welding requirements for the assembly of track idler. The workpiece needs spot welding in advance. It needs stable and continuous the process of welding, convenient clamping and loading.

III. Main Feature
1. Double station, welding at the same time.
2. Welding torch is fixed, while the workpiece is rotating. Welding position is horizontal.
3. Pneumatic loading and unloading mode. The process of welding is finished automatically. Reduce the labor intensity of workers.
4. The chuck in both sides can be adjusted longitudinally, which suits to various welding type.
5. Japan OMRON PLC
6. Two welding torches are separately positioned by CNC.
IV. Equipment Composition
The machine consists of motor-driven reducing speed power head, fixture, conductive system, pneumatic loading and unloading system, 2 sets turnover mechanism, welding torch CNC positioning mechanism, welding torch clamping&adjusting&oscillating mechanism, electrical control system, welding power source, pneumatic system and shielding doors.
