- To complete the automatic inner hole overlay welding of hydraulic cylinder and different workpiece. Make sure that the form is uniform and has a good appearance, depth of fusion and width of fusion meet the welding requirement, easy to clamp. Machine adopts MAG to finish the overlay welding of inner wall seam
- Hot TIG welding
- Machine can work continuously for 24-hour.
- Welding torch moves forward-backward along with axis and welds workpiece. Workpiece is rotating, the welding position is horizontal.
- Workpiece rotation is driven by power head, end face positioning, rotary welding.
- Machine has high voltage and slow wire feeding function, which guarantees reliable arc igniting. It also has low welding voltage and low current for filling crater.
- It adopts push type wire feeding mode to guarantee the stability of wire feeding.
- Welding torch can be adjusted longitudinal to suit for various welding type.
- Japan Omron PLC to control the whole operation. The rotation speed of workpiece is adjusted by A/C inverter, stepless adjustment, to improve the reliability of equipment.
- The welding mode and welding specification can be preset, saved and recalled. Via touch man-machine interface, the parameter modification and status switch can be conveniently reached.
- Welding torch can be adjusted up and down, side to side and angled turn to meet welding requirement.
