- TIG welding without wire feeder
- Workpiece Thickness: 1.2-3mm
- Welding seam width: 1-4 mm
- Workpiece material: stainless steel
- Technical requirement: butt circular welding
- Welding requirement: automatically complete tag and circular seam welding of the shell to shell middle body. Ensure concentricity, the appearance is uniform and good, depth and width of fusion meet the welding requirement.
- TIG welding. Finish the whole seam welding once loading beer tank.
- Welding torch is fixed, while the beer tank is rotating. Welding position is horizontal.
- The beer tank rotates with a single-drive synchronous rotating structure to ensure the positioning of the beer tank and the consistency of the welding.
- The workpiece is clamped with cylindrical roller modeling structure. Hydraulic tailstock tightly presses workpiece. Ensure the concentricity of the two beer tanks after clamping them.
- Japan OMRON PLC is used to control the whole machine operation. The workpiece rotation adopts servo speed regulation, stepless adjustment,improve equipment reliability.
- The welding form, welding specifications can be preset, stored and recalled. Parameter and status transition can be easily changed via the touching human-machine interface.
